ART FOR SALE - ART EDUCATION
Arts Annex Fresno is a new artist gallery opened in early February of 2026, located at Olive and Wishon, directly across from the Tower Theatre. The space offers rented wall and display space for local artists to sell original work and is designed to strengthen Fresno’s creative economy.
Directly across from the iconic Tower Theatre at 814 E. Olive Avenue, at the corner of Olive and Wishon, Arts Annex Fresno will offer limited wall space, floor space, and display cases for rent by local artists with 100% of all sales going to the artists. No commissions.
The gallery is now open every:
Thursday and Friday 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
We will be open most days of Tower events, such as Mardi Gras, etc. Additional days to come as the gallery grows.
We are also teaching classes.
Art Education:
We offer children’s art classes. Called Art Fundamentals. Classes are for 3-5 years, 6-9 years and 10-14 years. Age related lessons focusing on style, medium , composition, clay sculpture, watercolor, oil chalk pastels and includes study of artists contemporary and past
. Each class meets weekly at the Arts Annex.

The gallery is founded by John Alden and Debi Ruud, owners of Fresno Music Academy & Arts, who saw a need for more accessible, artist-centered retail opportunities in Fresno.

Arts Annex for Artists
Is there a commission on sales?
No. Artists keep 100% of their sales.
Each artist handles their own transactions through their (Venmo, Square, cash, etc.), giving you an easy way to complete payment.
Arts Annex does not accept payment form artists, we do not take cash or check. You can make arrangements with an artist for payment.
Arts Annex will retail its own products and will accept credit card for those items.
